Moles
All our mole plates come with the choice of Grilled Chicken Breast or Leg and Thigh Dark Meat accompanied with the choice of two sides: Rice, Pinto Beans, Black Beans, or Grilled Veggies.

Mole negro is one of the most striking and complex moles from the state of Oaxaca that is commonly know as Oaxacan - chocolate sauce. The color and flavor come from nearly incinerating the dry ingredients to create a smoky, savory and sweet taste. Some ingredients include: almonds, crackers, huajillo chile, peanuts, dark chocolate to name a few.
One of the most common Moles found in Mexico, made with dried chillies, spices and chocolate. It is both savory and a little sweet. Unlike its close relative the black mole this sauce has a slight bright flavor as well as rich.
Mole coloradito is a brick red mole with spicy, tangy and sweet flavors. This mole traditionally is served over chicken and is a unique mole that originates from the coast of oaxaca. Coloradito translates to little red mole.
